The National Youth Economic Empowerment Programme (PNAET) was funded by the Government of the Republic of Moldova on the basis of Government Decision no.364 of 3 June 2008, with

subsequent amendments extending the action of the Programme until 2017. Beneficiaries of the Programme: young natural and legal persons who are active in

entrepreneurs in all fields in rural areas aged 18-35. Sources of funding for the Programme: external state loan and grant funds

Investment Projects for Development, credited by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova.
